Shipping and Delivery Policy

We hold stock in the UK and dispatch from here, so your order doesn’t cross a border, clear customs, or pick up import charges on the way to you.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
Some remote postcodes may take an extra working day and, depending on the service, may carry a surcharge. This is shown at checkout before you pay.
We do not currently ship internationally.

Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
We aim to dispatch every order within one working day. If something is going to take longer — a stock issue, or a delay at our end — we will email you rather than leave you wondering.
Delivery services and costs
Orders are sent with Royal Mail on a fully tracked service.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier from the point of dispatch, not from the point of order, and are not guaranteed.
Tracking your order
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left us. Tracking can take a few hours to update after dispatch.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within one working day of your order confirmation, check your spam folder first, then contact us at thepeptologist@gmail.com
Packaging
Orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no indication of the contents.
Products are packed to protect them in transit. Where a product requires it, appropriate protective packaging is used.
Please keep all packaging until you are satisfied with your order — if anything is damaged, carriers usually require it as evidence for a claim.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched.
We cannot accept responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or for parcels left in a safe place or with a neighbour at your instruction to the carrier.
If your order hasn’t arrived
Occasionally a parcel is delayed or mis-scanned. Before contacting us, please:
- Check your tracking for the latest status
- Check whether it has been left in a safe place or with a neighbour
- Check for a “something for you” card
- Allow one extra working day — most delayed parcels arrive the following day
If your order still hasn’t arrived 10 working days after dispatch, contact us with your order number and we will open an enquiry with Royal Mail.
We cannot treat a parcel as lost until the carrier’s own claim window has passed. Once it is confirmed lost, we will replace or refund your order in full.
Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thepeptologist@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the item, the batch label and the outer packaging.

Delays outside our control
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, adverse weather, industrial action, or other events outside our reasonable control. Where a delay affects your order, we will keep you informed and help you chase it.
Storage on arrival
Products should be unpacked and stored according to the conditions stated on the label as soon as they arrive. Storage and handling after delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser.
